2. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygiene considerations:
- We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must request a return within 7–14 days of delivery (adjustable to your preference).
- To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refunds

7. Shipping Damages
