  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • As our products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local / Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • International: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped (if applicable).
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24hrs, after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
